We at Blanket Chest Heirlooms believe in customer satisfaction. We have a !00% guarantee on all shipped items. Every delivery service that we use is insured. Smaller chests go FEDEX Ground and all the large and jumbo chests go by truck freight. All White Glove deliveries are by special freight companies. We take every precaution to make sure that your heirloom chest arrives undamaged. All chests are either wrapped in blankets and then crated or wrapped in four inches of foam and then boxed. All of our shipping rates pertain to the Continental USA. We may be able to ship or air freight to other areas. Please contact us for this information. All White glove deliveries include the moving of your chest inside your home for exact placement and the removal of all packing materials. All other shipments are 'curbside deliveries', so please have someone available to help. If you receive a chest that is damaged, please do not accept this delivery. Our carriers know to return damaged items back to us. Please contact us immediately so that we may send another chest to you as quickly as possible. Please write "damaged' on the shippers invoice. Please remember that all of our chests are made from natural wood, not engineered wood, so there can be color variations and wood grain variations. This does make each and every chest one of a kind. If you do happen to receive a chest with a variation that you extremely dislike, please do not accept shipment. Please write "chest unacceptable" on the shippers invoice. Please contact us immediately so that another chest can be shipped as soon as possible. If you are returning a chest that was given to you as a gift, you will be required to pay forward and return shipping and a restocking fee of 15%. 'Free Shipping' does mean that shipping costs were added into the full cost. This chest does need to be returned to us undamaged before repayment is made to you. All fees will be deducted from the original price. |
