What is White Glove Delivery?

White Glove Delivery is when your shippers not only deliver an item, they also move your item in your home exactly where you would like placed. All packing material is also removed.

What if my shipment arrives damaged?

No item that is damaged in shipping will be left with you. Our shipping company has its own liability insurance so that if an item is damaged in shipping, they will return this item to us. We will then send out a new item to you as soon as it is ready. You will not have to pay any extra shipping charges. Please note: Once you have signed the bill of laden, the trucking company's  billing receipt, you are then responsible for any unchecked damages. Please make sure that your item is in good condition before signing billing. We will look into unforeseen problems on an individual basis.

Where do you deliver to in the USA?

We ground ship to the Continental USA. All "Free Shipping" only applies to the Continental USA shipments.Special Air freight would be required for Alaska and  Hawaii.Please contact us for shipping charges. Canada, please contact us for shipping charges.

What is your return policy?

We want our customers to be satisfied with their order so we do have a two week 100% satisfaction guarantee return policy. If you decide that what you ordered is not what you really wanted, please contact us for return instructions. Please note: You will be responsible for the return shipment fee amount along with a 20% restocking fee.

Do you ship to APO/FPO addresses?

Sorry, we cannot ship to APO/FPO addresses since our items are too large.

Can you do extra customization to your products?

Yes, we can. Please contact us with your exact requirements. We will then get back to you as soon as possible with an estimate.

When does my credit card get charged?

Your credit card will be charged 24-72 hours after you place your order. We have a "pre-pay" policy to protect ourselves from fradulent orders.

How much is shipping?

Some shipping is included in the item price and is then called "free shipping" while other shipping charges are based on geographic location destination and charged by a chart schedule.

Do you have a store?

We do not have a physical store front. Selling on line is a more efficient business model that allows us to offer a greater selection and better prices than most retail stores.
